Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Rates

$8 flat-rate shipping on every order. Free shipping on orders of $40 or more.

When we ship

Every order is packed by hand in our Los Angeles kitchen and ships Monday to Wednesday with 2-day delivery, so your noura never sits in a warehouse over the weekend.

Orders placed Monday to Wednesday before 12pm PT usually ship the same or the next shipping day.
Orders placed Wednesday after 12pm PT through Sunday ship the following Monday.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 2 business days after they ship. Carrier delays, holidays and weather can occasionally add time, and we can't control those, but we'll always help you track down your order.

Warm weather

noura isn't coated in chocolate, so it won't melt. Please bring your package inside soon after delivery and store it in a cool, dry place. noura is best enjoyed chilled: pop it in the fridge before your noura moment.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@nouradates.co and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and building management and contact the carrier. Then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we can't guarantee a replacement, but we'll always look for a fair solution.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, a bag is open, or something is missing or wrong, email hello@nouradates.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
