Refund Policy

Our promise. We want every bag of noura to arrive soft, fresh and exactly as you ordered it. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Food can't be returned. Because noura is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened or unopened bags, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind or taste preference.

Damaged, wrong or missing items. If your order arrives damaged, if a bag is open or unsealed, or if you received the wrong flavor or are missing an item:

1. Email us at hello@nouradates.co within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and a photo of the product and packaging.

3. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected items to your original payment method. You don't need to send anything back.

Natural variation. noura is made from whole Medjool dates dusted in organic cacao. Small differences in size, shape, color and how much cacao dust settles in the bag are natural and aren't considered a defect.

Shipping costs are refunded only if the issue was our mistake.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show them.

Discount codes used on an order aren't returned as cash.
